Pembrokeshire Sea Salt Co is a hand-harvested sea salt producer founded in 2016, collecting seawater from Cwm-Yr-Eglwys, a small cove on the Dinas Island peninsula in north Pembrokeshire, and evaporating it into salt flakes using renewable energy. The core product is natural sea salt flakes, with a range of infused varieties also produced at the Pembrokeshire site from the same hand-harvested Welsh seawater.
