Pant Mawr Farmhouse Cheeses is a family cheesemaker established in 1983 at Pant Mawr, Rosebush in the Preseli foothills of Pembrokeshire, producing traditional farmhouse cheeses from locally sourced cow's and goat's milk. The range includes Caws Cerwyn, Caws Preseli, Heb Enw and Drewi Sant, with smoked and mature variants produced alongside the core cheese range at the Rosebush farm.
