Ocean prepares and packs frozen gourmet foods for home cooking from its South Wales operation. Its prepared range includes curries, ready meals, savoury tarts and en-croute dishes, alongside a wider selection of fish, shellfish, meat and vegetarian foods. Each tray of Ocean food is individually hand-packed at the company’s coldstore, and the prepared range is designed to cook from frozen. The family business has operated since 2002, combining prepared dishes with a broader frozen-food range.
