Norton and Yarrow Cheese

Llanddeusant, Carmarthenshire
Dairy

Norton and Yarrow Cheese makes small-batch goat’s cheese from its own herd at Pencrug farm near Llangadog in Carmarthenshire. The business produces two cheeses, Sinodun Hill and Brightwell Ash, using milk from goats kept on the same farm. Founded by Fraser Norton and Rachel Yarrow, the cheesemaking moved to Wales in January 2025 after nearly ten years at Earth Trust in Oxfordshire, bringing the herd and its established goat’s cheese production to their own Carmarthenshire farm.
