Brooke's Dairy is a family farm dairy at Panta Farm, Devauden in the Wye Valley, Monmouthshire, producing artisan ice cream, sorbets and handmade soft cheeses from the milk of a pedigree Jersey herd. The farm has produced dairy products across more than two generations, with the naturally high butterfat content of Jersey milk shaping the rich, creamy character of both the ice cream and cheese ranges.
