Mountainview Ice Cream, known in Welsh as Golwg y Mynydd, makes small-batch dairy ice cream and milkshakes using milk from its own herd near Llandeilo in Carmarthenshire. The ice cream is produced at the Food Centre Wales site in Horeb, Ceredigion. The range is made in-house in small batches and includes a salted Welsh butter sauce base churned into the ice cream alongside a number of other flavours.
