Montgomery Real Bread is a micro-bakery in Montgomery making artisan loaves from flour, salt, water and natural leaven or yeast. The bread is made without additives, improvers or preservatives, using organic and mostly stoneground flour from mills including Bacheldre and Shipton Mill. Founded in 2010, the bakery has built its range around small-batch bread and sourdough-style loaves made under the Montgomery Real Bread name for local sale within the Montgomery area.
