Carningli Dairy is a family farm dairy at Llwyngwair Home Farm in Newport, Pembrokeshire, producing fresh whole milk from its Carningli Dairy herd. The milk is pasteurised, but not homogenised or standardised, so the natural cream layer remains in the bottle. Bottling is carried out on the farm, with milk travelling only a short distance from the parlour to the processing room before being filled into reusable glass bottles.
