Melin Llynon

Llanddeusant, Isle of Anglesey
Pantry

Melin Llynon flour is milled at Wales’ last working windmill in Llanddeusant on Anglesey. It is a traditionally stoneground wholemeal flour made from 100% organic wheat and produced at the restored windmill itself. The mill was first built in 1776 and returned to working order again in 2024, giving the flour a direct link to one specific milling site. Wholemeal texture, organic wheat and windmill milling define the flour made there on Anglesey.
