Mel-Ys

Mêl-ys is a small family honey producer in Meidrim, Carmarthenshire, producing Welsh wildflower honey from local forage. The honey is harvested seasonally from hives kept on the family holding, with colour and flavour varying as nectar sources shift through spring and summer. Output is limited by the scale of the operation, producing small quantities of single-source Welsh honey suited to everyday use and gifting.
