Llanfaes Dairy makes small-batch ice cream on a family farm on Anglesey. Trading since 2009, this family-run producer has built up more than 60 flavours, with vanilla, mint choc chip, honeycomb, banana and chocolate among the regulars and seasonal flavours rotating through the range. The ice cream is made in Llanfaes in small batches, and the wider frozen range also includes sorbets and frozen yoghurt in addition to the main dairy flavours.
