Llanfaes Dairy makes small-batch gelato in its parlour kitchens in Brecon and Cardiff Bay. Each batch is mixed, pasteurised and churned on site, with a changing selection of flavours made throughout the year. The range includes classic and seasonal gelato, alongside sorbets, gelato cakes and larger tubs to enjoy at home. With more than 40 flavours in Brecon and up to 48 in Cardiff Bay during the season, the two parlours combine a broad flavour range with gelato made fresh in-house.
