Quarry Bees produces small-batch raw Welsh wildflower honey from the Quarry Field Apiary on Penlan Farm, a secluded coppice on family farmland near Carmarthen. The honey comes from Gwenyn Maes Chwarel - the Quarry Field Bees - and is kept by beekeeper Dave Whiteley. The apiary produces single-source honey harvested seasonally, extracted using careful methods designed to preserve natural flavour and character. Quantities are limited and reflect the seasonal realities of local forage.
