Gower Cottage Brownies makes handmade brownies in Wales, with vegan brownies, gluten-free brownies and blondies alongside the original chocolate bake. Brownie Butter adds a second chocolate line, while gift boxes and hampers sit beside the bakery range. The brownies are baked from scratch in the Brownie Barns using Belgian chocolate and Welsh butter, and the original brownie recipe still runs through the business alongside the newer vegan, gluten-free and blondie lines.
