Gerrards is a family bakery with roots going back to 1838, producing bread, confectionery and savouries for its shops across North Wales, the Wirral and Cheshire. Bread remains central to the business, with white loaves made by sponge and dough and a 24-hour fermentation, alongside wholemeal, multiseed and other everyday loaves. The wider range includes pastries, Welsh cakes, cream cakes, sandwiches, pies and pasties, giving Gerrards the depth of a long-established regional bakery.
