Garlic Meadow is a smallholding producing sheep’s milk cheese from Dorset Down and Black Welsh Mountain sheep. Cheese production began in January 2024, initially using milk from a partner farm. The range includes cheddar, Manchego-style, Brie-style, blue-Brie and blue-veined sheep’s milk cheeses made from ewe’s milk.
