Folkaccia is a Ceredigion microbakery making made-to-order focaccia, small-batch breads and letterbox biscuits. Slow-fermented focaccia leads the range, with breads baked in small batches and biscuits prepared in boxes for posting. Focaccia, breads and biscuits all come out of the same Ceredigion bakery.
