Ffynnon Wen Farm

Ffynnon Wen Farm makes sheep’s milk cheese from the milk of its own dairy flock. The range includes Soft Joyce, Great White and White Springs, with cheese gift boxes also sold through the farm shop. The cheeses are made by hand in small batches using milk from East Friesian and Lleyn sheep kept by the farm. As the milking season changes, the character of the milk changes too, giving the cheeses a gently shifting flavour across the year.
