ECD Ingredients produces spray-dried powders in Wales. Named powders include Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Parmesan cheese, lime juice extract and acerola cherry. Vinegar, dairy, cheese and fruit-based powders also appear within the wider ingredients line, all made through spray drying. The business grew from Tregaron and now also operates from Ebbw Vale. Its product range stays with spray-dried ingredient powders across savoury, fruit and functional lines.
