Elevenses Distillery is a family-run Welsh gin distillery on the Faenol estate just outside Felinheli, where distilling and bottling both take place on site. Run by father and son Paul and Jake Davies, it currently produces six gin variants, including Welsh Dry, Sugar Kelp, Sloe, Strawberry & Lime, Orange & Passionfruit and Damson Gin. The range stays firmly with small-batch gin, shaped by a clear North Wales setting on the Menai Strait.
