Dyfi Distillery makes small-batch Welsh gin in the Dyfi Biosphere, using wild botanicals foraged from the surrounding landscape. Its core line includes Dyfi Original, Pollination Dovey Native Botanical Gin PGI, Hibernation and Navigation, with styles ranging from classic dry gin to barrel-aged and navy-strength expressions. Botanicals such as bog myrtle, wild crab apples, blackberries and bilberries appear across the range. Production is very limited, and the gins draw directly on the flora of mid-Wales.
