Defaid Dolwerdd is a west Wales dairy sheep business making ewe’s milk cheeses and other dairy products. The range includes handmade hard and soft cheeses made from fresh pasteurised ewe’s milk, alongside kefir milk, yoghurt and ice cream. Sheep’s milk cheeses in the public range include Manchego-style Aur Preseli, Brie-style Frenni, feta-style Preseli and blue-veined Glas, all made from ewe’s milk under the Dolwerdd name.
