Wheatear Bakery is a small bakery at The Mill, Mill Street in St Dogmaels, Pembrokeshire, producing naturally leavened sourdough bread, rye sourdough, shokupan and cinnamon rolls in small batches. A rotating selection of pastries and sweet bakes is produced alongside the core bread range at the St Dogmaels site.
