Creme Pen Cei in New Quay makes gelato and sorbets fresh on site each day, with up to 39 flavours on display. The range includes dairy gelato alongside vegan, low-sugar and sorbet options, and the same gelato is also used for milkshakes. Gelato remains the main line, with sorbets and specialist flavours widening the range from the New Quay parlour and working lab.
