Cradoc’s Savoury Biscuits in Brecon bakes crackers and savoury biscuits, with wheat, oat, regenerative and gluten-free recipes across the range. Sourdough Delisticks sit alongside flavours such as rosemary and garlic, chilli ginger and cumin, and cheddar and chives. Baking takes place in two Brecon bakeries, using flour-based recipes, Welsh cold-pressed rapeseed oil and small-batch production to shape a savoury biscuit range that has become the business’s defining line.
