Courtney’s Cakes in Llanelli makes custom celebration cakes and sweet treats from its home-based cake shed in Llwynhendy. Celebration cakes sit alongside brownies, cookie dough trays, fudge cake and other traybake-style desserts in the regular range. Made-to-order cakes and boxed sweet bakes are produced through the same small local set-up, with the cake shed carrying both bespoke celebration work and everyday sweet treats under the Courtney’s Cakes name.
