Caerfai Farm is an organic cheesemaker near St Davids in Pembrokeshire, producing two unpasteurised cheeses by hand from the milk of its own dairy herd. The range covers a cloth-bound Cheddar matured for five to twelve months and a traditional Caerffili available from two weeks old, both made using traditional recipes on the farm.
