Bryngaer Goats makes handmade goat’s cheese on a smallholding outside Llandovery. The range includes Gafr Las, a soft mould-ripened blue goat’s cheese, Marta Gafr, a harder Manchego-style cheese, and Molly Gafr, a soft chèvre-style goat’s cheese sold in jars. Gafr Las has won Best Welsh Cheese at the British Cheese Awards.
