Big Bear Blondies is a gluten-free bakery in Rhondda Cynon Taf making coeliac-safe blondies, brownies, brookies, cookie bars, stuffed cookies, cookie pies and cakes. The business grew from its founders’ search for better gluten-free sweet bakes after Paige was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2015. All bakes are made with gluten-free ingredients in a coeliac-safe environment, and the weekly range rotates through flavours and combinations across its core blondie, brownie and cookie-based bakes.
