Austringer Cider is a father-and-daughter cider and perry producer in Cwmafan in the Afan Valley. The business uses Welsh apples and handles picking, pressing, fermentation, blending and bottling in house. Its cider is made from 100% fresh-pressed juice using wild fermentation, with no added sulphites, finings or additives. The current range includes Golden Legend, Mighty Merlin, Mysterious Robin and Sun King ciders alongside Sun King Sparkling, while perry also remains part of the wider range.
