Atlantic Edge Oysters is an oyster farm at Johnston Business Park, Pembrokeshire, growing Pembrokeshire Rock Oysters PGI and Pembrokeshire Native Oysters PGI in the tidal waters of Angle Bay at the mouth of the Daugleddau Estuary. Both varieties are hand-grown from seed on the farm. Rock oysters are available year-round; native oysters are harvested between September and April.
