Aran Hufen Ia makes handmade ice cream in Bala and Dolgellau using Welsh milk, with all flavours produced from scratch. Honeycomb is made in-house and is among the named flavours alongside banoffee, lemon curd, salted caramel, apple strudel, rum and raisin, and chocolate orange. Vegan ice cream and sorbets are also produced. Brownie boxes, cookies, paint-your-own biscuit boxes and ice cream yule logs are also made by the same Snowdonia business.
