Welsh Coffee Company roasts speciality coffee at its roastery in Ewenny, using seasonal green coffees and its own roast profiles. Bendigedig, MOR, Nicaragua and Gold/Aur sit within the current line-up, with the range covering blended and single-origin coffees in wholebean and ground formats. Gold/Aur also appears in recyclable pod format, adding a second coffee format alongside the roasted bags. Roasting and packing both take place from the Ewenny roastery, with coffees produced there under the Welsh Coffee name.
