Fours Baking is a 100% vegan sourdough micro bakery at Spaceman Business Park, Caldicot in Monmouthshire. The bakery produces naturally leavened sourdough loaves, baguettes, ciabatta and enriched buns including cinnamon and cardamom varieties, alongside small-batch chilli sauces and jams. All bakes are made in small quantities using simple, carefully chosen ingredients, with the range baked on a fixed weekly schedule and available for local collection and delivery.
