Bara Mynydd in Gwynedd makes small-batch bread with sourdough at the centre of the range. The loaves include roasted garlic sourdough, pumpkin and sunflower seed sourdough, olive sourdough and cinnamon and raisin bread, with plain sourdough also part of the weekly bake. Bread is sold through its own bread shed and at markets, with small-batch loaves baked for regular shed openings and market days under the same Bara Mynydd name.
