Llanfaes Dairy

Llanfaes Dairy makes small-batch ice cream in Brecon, hand mixing ingredients at its parlour and churning each batch on site. The range includes a wide choice of flavours, alongside ice cream cakes and frozen desserts sold under the Llanfaes Dairy name. Ice cream is made in Brecon in the dairy laboratory, where the business also produces seasonal flavours, larger ice cream cakes and other frozen lines alongside its regular scooping range.
